  • Conducted nine in-depth interviews with users of varying levels of experience
  • Distilled findings and created persona deliverable
  • Validated findings with five additional users
  • Introduced persona to users, engineers, and product managers

  • Identified feature suggestions that emerged from user interviews
  • Clarified user priorities, goals, motivators, and pain points in role and software
  • Established "how-to" kit with resources, templates, discussion guides, procedures, and lessons learned for future persona development
  • Educated users, engineers, and product managers on process of persona development and value of personas to design process
